Pounelia Health & Beauty is a multivendor marketplace — every product is sold and shipped by an independent Vendor to you directly. This policy explains where we ship, how shipping charges are calculated, and what to expect after you place an order.

Shipping coverage

We currently ship to addresses across India, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000. For orders below ₹2000, shipping charges are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the weight of your order, so you always see the exact charge — and an estimated delivery date — before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery timelines depend on your location, the courier partner assigned to your order, and the Vendor’s dispatch time. The estimated delivery date for your order is shown at checkout and again in your order confirmation email.

Orders with multiple Vendors

If your order contains products from more than one Vendor, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates, each with its own tracking details.

Order status & tracking

You can check the status of your order any time under My Orders in your account. Shipping and tracking updates, where available from the courier, will also be shared with you by email.

Payment method

Orders are currently accepted via Cash on Delivery. We plan to add online payment options in the future.
