Welcome to Pounelia. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and marketplace (the “Platform”), operated by Pounelia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About this Platform
Pounelia is a multivendor marketplace that allows independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”) to list and sell health, wellness and beauty products directly to buyers (“Customers”, “you”). We provide the technology platform that connects Vendors and Customers; individual sale contracts for each product are between the Customer and the relevant Vendor.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Vendor listings and product information
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability, and for ensuring their products comply with applicable laws (including health, safety and labelling requirements). We review new Vendors and their stores before activation, but we do not manufacture or physically handle the products sold on the Platform.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which is accepted once the Vendor confirms the order. We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD); additional payment methods may be added in future and will be subject to the payment provider’s own terms.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines and charges are set by the Vendor fulfilling your order and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting false information, attempting to defraud any Vendor or Customer, infringing intellectual property rights, or interfering with the Platform’s security or normal operation.
8. Intellectual property
The Pounelia name, logo, and website design are our property. Product images, descriptions and brand names belong to their respective Vendors or brand owners and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pounelia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. As a marketplace, our role is limited to facilitating transactions between Customers and Vendors; product quality, safety and fitness for purpose are the responsibility of the Vendor.
10. Grievance redressal
In accordance with applicable Indian e-commerce regulations, any complaints or concerns regarding orders, Vendors, or this Platform may be raised with our Grievance Officer:

11. Governing law
